Subfloor Job Tracker

Subfloor is built from the ground up to help your small flooring business keep track of jobs. This program was created to bridge the gap between Quickbooks and Google Calendar.

• Sample tracking – the process starts when the customer checks out a sample. Subfloor keeps track of where samples are, but also where samples have been and what customers eventually choose.
• Job management – Once a sample has been chosen, you can start a job and create quotes, schedules, and orders. Subfloor is meant to consolidate data from multiple sources and display it all in one place.
• Customer Communications – From sample return reminders to job updates, Subfloor allows for several automated emails to your customers so that they are up to date with less effort.
• System Communications – Users can opt in to daily emails regarding company operations or even individual jobs.
• Email and Calendar Integration – Use Gmail as a platform to send emails from Subfloor. The program can also publish an iCal feed so that you can use your favorite calendar app to see your schedule.
• Knowledge Base – Your company is a complex system and even veteran employees can forget. Subfloor has a complex knowledge base that supports photos and links so your employees have a quick reference.
• Internal Messaging – Subfloor can help with company communications by allowing your employees to chat with one another. If they have the mobile app, they can get notifications on the fly so communications between the field and the office are consolidated in one place and available for audit.
• Self Hosted and Free – Subfloor runs as a Docker container on minimal hardware. All of the code is available on Git Hub to view or fork. At this time there are no plans to monetize Subfloor, but there are plans for updates into the future.
